By creating an account or using Available In Store, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional guidelines communicated in the app.

2. Eligibility

Users must provide accurate information and be legally capable of entering into agreements in their region. Stores are responsible for ensuring they have the right to sell listed inventory.

3. Platform usage

  • Do not share login credentials or attempt to impersonate other users.
  • Submit only genuine product requests and inventory responses.
  • Respect intellectual property and avoid uploading unlawful content.

4. Store responsibilities

Store owners agree to:

  • Respond to leads promptly and honestly disclose stock status.
  • Keep store details, licences, and categories up to date.
  • Comply with applicable consumer protection and tax regulations.

5. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans renew based on the cadence selected in the billing portal. Fees are non-refundable unless required by law. Lead quotas and fair-use policies help keep the marketplace healthy.

6. Disclaimer & liability

We facilitate introductions between shoppers and retailers but do not guarantee product availability, pricing, or fulfillment. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Available In Store is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from platform use.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, misrepresent inventory, or abuse the platform. You may close your account any time by contacting support.
