Additional terms for store owners who list on Available In.Store and receive customer enquiries.
1. Who these terms cover
These Vendor Terms apply when you register as a store, claim a store profile, or respond to customer leads through Available In.Store. They sit alongside our general Terms and Privacy Policy.
2. Accurate store information
- Keep your store name, address, phone, hours, and catalogue categories truthful and current.
- Only list brands and categories you actually sell.
- Upload verification documents when requested so customers can trust local sellers.
3. Lead handling
- Respond to enquiries promptly with honest stock and price information.
- Do not spam customers or share lead data outside your store team.
- Do not bid on leads for products you cannot supply.
4. Plans and fair use
Lead volume may be limited by your subscription plan. Circumventing caps, creating duplicate accounts, or gaming matching is grounds for suspension.
5. Customer relationships
Transactions happen between you and the shopper. You are responsible for pricing, taxes, warranties, and after-sales support for products you sell.
