How we measure it
- The clock starts when your enquiry reaches a shop and stops when that shop sends its price and stock.
- We use the latest shop replies. A reply that took longer than 24 hours is left out of the average so one very old enquiry can't distort it.
- “Typical reply” is the median: half of all replies come in faster than this.
- “Enquiries a shop answered” counts enquiries a shop replied to, out of those it replied to, ignored, or let expire.
While you wait
- Your enquiry goes to several nearby shops at once, so you usually don't depend on just one.
- Replies come to you on WhatsApp and in your enquiry page as each shop answers.
- Busy hours, holidays and closing time slow replies down. Enquiries sent during shop hours are answered fastest.
