What “Same-day” means
When a shop replies, it can mark the item Ready for pickup today. You'll see that label on the reply. The percentage on the home page is the share of shop replies marked this way.

Do I pay online?+
No. AvailableIn.Store doesn't take payment. You pay the shop at the counter, using whatever methods that shop accepts.
Is the quoted price final?+
It's the price the shop sent you. Stock and prices can change, so it's worth confirming with the shop before you set out — especially if some time has passed.
Will the shop hold the item for me?+
That's up to each shop. If you need it kept aside, ask the shop directly when you accept its offer.
Do you deliver?+
The platform doesn't deliver. Some shops may offer delivery themselves — ask them when they reply.
